NTS CHALLENGE
The many benefits of this self-exploration journey will unfold to you as each day progresses through this six-week self-centred program. Know that I am gathering some of the most experienced and sincere healers and teachers to serve as guides on this inward retreat.
Together we will not just learn, but practice the benefits of journaling, planning, self-checking, habit-tracking, and yoga…And again, the cost to you is nothing other than time, attention and energy. In this time where so much seems uncertain, we must become our best selves if we are to flow successfully with the changing tides.
